    I would like to return my order.

    You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

    My order is faulty/damaged.

    We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, it should arrive damaged or not working, then please drop us a message here.

    Can I cancel an order?

    Yes, as long as the item’s not been dispatched. Just get in touch and we’ll cancel it and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after we’ve sent your products(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery – just refuse the delivery or contact us within 14 days.

    Once you’ve notified us, we’ll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection at a fee of £TBC.

    Once it gets back to us, you’ll receive a full refund (including your initial delivery charge, but minus any return or collection costs).

    How will I be refunded?

    The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us and will be paid back to you via a return within 3-5 working days, but it can vary depending on your bank and the type of card you used.

    I would like to return my order – over 14 days

    All customers have 14 days to return any item, however, if it goes over 14 days and you have simply changed your mind, we are unable to arrange for this item to be returned to us.
